Screw Back Earrings

Screw backs are small ball shaped backs that are twisted on to the back of an earring. They can be more comfortable than butterfly backs, especially for people who sleep with their earrings in, and look more decorative in designs where the backs are on show. However they can be more difficult to put in if you are changing earrings often, due to their small size.
